That line sits on our cups, our shirts and the back of our menus, and it is the whole brief. Glim is a luxurious and stylish coffee house built around a community — a room that offers sophistication without asking you to perform it.
The name comes from glint: the small catch of light you almost miss. We build for the people who catch it.
Mission
Make the ordinary hour worth remembering.
Serve coffee and dessert good enough to be the reason someone leaves the house — then build a room they don’t want to leave. Every cup, every plate, every corner of the space should reward attention.
Vision
A Glim in every neighbourhood that deserves one.
To grow into Saudi Arabia’s most-loved specialty coffee house without losing what makes a single room work — consistency, care, and a community that treats the place as theirs.
Story
Since 2025
Glint Coffee Company was registered in Riyadh in August 2025. The first Glim opened on At Takhassusi, in Ar Rahmaniyah — a district of long streets, tall walls and late evenings.
We started from a photograph rather than a business plan: an old café terrace, film grain, people who look like they have been sitting a while. Everything since has been an attempt to build that feeling in a real room — warm undertones, calm framing, emotion over perfection.
The coffee programme came second, and had to earn its place against that mood. It did.
We buy in small lots and change them with the season. Espresso stays on Costa Rica because it holds up under milk; the drip rotates through Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia Papayo. The bar will tell you what is open before they pour it.
Design language
How Glim looks,
and why
Four, distributed
Deep Forest Green, Velvet Plum, Dusty Sky and Latte Foam. Used as full fields rather than accents, and balanced across every grid.
Grotesque & script
Archivo set in caps for structure; Louise in italic for the human line. Zapfino Arabic and The Year of Handicrafts carry the Arabic.
The glint & the Seekers
A hand-drawn star and two walking figures. The figures never change shape — flat, faceless, mid-stride, always sage.
Softly cinematic
Warm undertones, grain, negative space. Movement rather than pose. Nostalgic, but never vintage.
